Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Batches
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Completing a batch is taking 30 - 45 seconds. Previously it had been taking two seconds.
Tkprof shows that the longest-running statements seem to be related to the new Yield Management functionality queries against mtl_object_genealogy table
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the batch completion to take no more than a few seconds.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to wait while the batch completion process finishes.
The issue has since also been see in Batch Step Release, and the solution worked in that case also.
