TeleService: NOTE DETAILS Not Being Saved Under "Log And Notes" (Doc ID 2138515.1)

Symptoms

Notes Details are not being saved when entered under the "Log and Notes" window.

Steps:

1) Open the Service Request and click on Log and Notes.
2) Enter Description Notes
3) Click on Note Details button and enter notes.
4) Click OK and save.

=> Notes details are not saved.

What is Working:

When Notes and their Details are entered directly through the Workbench tab, the information is saved as expected.
