Due to the code in file ozfvarib.pls, when the claim reason is passed to Receivables (AR)
Transaction the Claim Reason gets truncated to 30 characters. In customer
case, the 30th char is a SPACE. When User goes to the AR Transaction
created from settled claim, they click on Incomplete button to make change
and get following error. "FRM-40654: Records has been updated. Requery block
to see change."
File ozfvarib.pls has the truncate command
ex: SELECT SUBSTRB('Softside Errors - Order Entry Error',1,30) name from
-outcome = 'Softside Errors - Order Entry ' <--leaves a space as the 30th
