iSupport SR Creation Fields "Problem Summary" is too small.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SR Creation field "Problem Summary" to be longer and display more information.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupport responsibility
2. Create iSupport SR
3. Problem Summary field displayed is too small
