Nav: Trade Management > Claims
User clicks on the Claim number from Claim Summary screen and receive the following error.
Set Profile option FND: Diagnostics to 'Y' to view Stack Backtrace
After setting the profile FND: Diagnostics to 'Y', and retesting the scenario then the actual error is shown.
Error: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
