ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On a Blanket Purchase Agreement, Users try to increase Agreed Amount and approve blanket order,
receive error: Amount Released is more than the Amount Agreed
This error is due to disassociation of BPA(Sourcing document) from release(POs). Oracle EBS does not decrement the dollar amount on the back end.
Though the amount on the BPA shows one figure, the actual contract is overspent.
