After R12.2.4 Upgrade Custom Folder Delete (Doc ID 2139019.1)

After R12 upgrade ( to R12.2.4

Getting multiple errors :

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID

Possible may have in some other form like Invoice distributions or any other modules as well.

Found note :

 R12: APXINWKB: FRM-41045: Unable To Perform Any Action On Invoices after the Upgrade (Doc ID 1331838.1) suggesting to delete from Front End.

But there are large number for folders created by users.

How can we delete the folders from back end, and is there any impact of deleting these folders ?
