PIM Transaction Viewer (Also Known As 360 Transaction Viewer) Does Not Show Open Order Or Open Purchase Order Information (Doc ID 2139328.1)

Symptoms

360 transaction viewer in PIM is not showing open order or open purchase order related information.
  
STEPS

a) Setup

Load 360 transaction view information into IMC_THREE_SIXTY_COLS_TL.
Run example SQL to validate existing information:

b) Usage/Problem

Go to item supply demand form and query any item that has open sales or purchase orders.
Go to development manager related responsibility and go to item catalog and do simple search for that same item that has open sales orders and purchase orders.
Go to transactions tab and look at the results. Notice there are no results found in sections 'Open Orders' or 'Open Purchase Orders'.
