Actual Behavior
When opening Master Item form(INVIDITM), APP-FND-1388 occurs.

Error
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routine &ROUTINE

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Items > Master Items
