UK: When running GB Pensions Automatic Re-enrolment Process, UK Opt Out Date Not Cleared

After GB Pensions Automatic Re-enrolment Process completes, the employees are re-enrolled but the Opt Out date for these employees is not cleared.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Use UK HRMS Responsibility
- Run GB Pensions Automatic Re-enrolment Process.
- Check employee Opt Out date.
- Observe the date still exists.
