UPK: When In A Knowledge Path Users Are Getting Stuck On The Same Topic Over And Over Again

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In a Knowledge Path, the Player keeps launching the same topic over and over again. There are no error messages at all. It just keeps launching the same topic


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Knowledge Center
2. Select Knowledge Path
3. Launch the Outline
5. Click on dark blue bar to of left hand pane to to hide outline
6. Launch topic
7. Topic continues to return to same topic
