Order Details are Getting Removed in Charges Tab When Closing the Service Request Form

On : 12.2.4 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

Even when no changes are made under the charges tab, the below message is showing up when click on any block or closing the form.
  'Do you want to save the changes you have made'
On clicking 'yes' button in the message,the order details under the charges tab are getting erased when re-query the SR.

The order_header_id is also became null in the cs_estimate_details table.

 Once the sales order is generated from the charges and the order details are populated under charges tab, it should not get erased.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service request -> Create Service Request.
2. Create the SR and add the charge line under charges tab. Submit the charges.
3. Under order status tab, the sales order details are populated.
4. Click on any other block and try to close the form. Below message is populated,
  'Do you want to save the changes you have made'
5. Click on 'Yes'. Re-query the SR and check the order details.
