Request ID is Not Appearing in Lockbox Form (ARXLBSUB) after Submit

On : 12.2.4 version, Transactions Related
Request Id is not appearing in the form: ARXLBSUB.fmb after submit.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables responsibility
2. Navigate to Interfaces-->Lockbox
3. Query for the Transmission Name
4. Click on Submit
