Issue with Mass Search & Replace - Validity Rules Version 2 Start Date vs Version 1 End Date
MASS SEARCH AND REPLACE for Specifications – Validity Rules problem when new Version 2 START DATE is the same as old Version 1 END DATE (which is the default and good). If temporarily set the Version 2 to status NEW (to do some changes) then to APPROVED FOR GENERAL USE, it will give this error message below.

However, if change Version 2 Start Date to add 1 second then it will allow to be set back to APPROVED FOR GENERAL USE.
Note that as per business needs users will never set older version to Obsolete/Archived as it has impact elsewhere if done.

An inventory validity rule exists. Check the specification ABC version 1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quality Manager > Mass Search and Replace
Quality Manager > Specifications
