ORA-01403 and FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01086 when try to process Logistic Lines and there is a Hold defined for the customer (Doc ID 2140387.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Logistics Management

When there is a sales order hold defined for a customer, and a combination of Ship/Return lines are created in Depot Repair, the following error occurs when try to process those lines:

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01086

When that occurs, after the Hold is removed, the Logistics lines status get out-of-sync with the sales order.

WHATS IS WORKING
----------------------
If there is no Hold, the Logistic lines are created correctly without error.
And the Sales Order line status is in sync with logistic line status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a Hold in Order Management
2. Create a repair order with Ship/Return logistic lines
3. The logistic lines error with the reported errors.
