Material Workbench Shows Items With Zero Onhand (Doc ID 2140603.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In material workbench, Inventory for few Items is showing as 0 on hand.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect items with onhand of zero not to display in the onhand quantity form at all. Expect the search for these items to result in the following message: "On-hand quantity is not available"

NOTE:
Reviewed the following Notes
DOC ID 267272.1 will not help here as only sum(PRIMARY_TRANSACTION_QUANTITY)  = 0  and the script invzmoqd.sql is deleting only rows with primary_transaction_quantity = 0 and transaction_quantity = 0
DOC ID 353345.1 cannot be used as "Consolidate Inventory Onhand Quantities" / scripts invcrmoqdt.sql and invredmoqd.sql can only be used for NON WMS Enabled orgs but VST Org is WMS Enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login into application with Warehouse Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate : Inquiry > Material workbench
2. Enter Item and org and click Find
3. See rows with zero onhand shows up
