ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Web ADI Not Validating When Data Access Set and Ledger Name are not the same
Create WebAdi spreadsheet with Launch Journal Wizard ,Functional Actuals-Single Layout and save the template locally using one responsibility which contains a Data Access Set and Chart Of Accounts as read only fields.
Then close the application and Excel files and reopen Excel file, double click on value field Ledger to select the Ledger, but login with a different responsibility with the same chart of accounts, which allow to select the Ledger, but it is not changing the Data Access Set value field.
Also when using responsibilities with different chart of accounts, the following error message appears when query the ledger:
ERROR
-------------
"Please resolve the following error to continue.
The Data Access Set assigned to your responsibility uses a different Chart of Accounts than the one used when creating this spreadsheet.
To continue working on this spreadsheet, please relogin. Your responsibility must be associated with a Data Access Set that uses the original Chart of Accounts. "
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that when opening a WebAdi spreadsheet saved locally and querying the ledger using a different responsibility, to be able to restrict selecting Ledger using also the Data Access Set field, not only Chart Of Accounts field.
Expect to enforce the Data Access Set security like it does enforce the security based on the other fields in the Web ADI template in the context region.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigate to Journals > Launch Journal Wizard , select the Functional Actuals-Single Layout
3. Create Document
4. Save the template locally using one responsibility which contains a Data Access Set and Chart Of Accounts as read only fields.
5. Close the application and Excel files
6. Reopen Excel file, double click on value field Ledger to select the Ledger, but login with a different responsibility with the same chart of accounts, which allows to select the Ledger
7. Observe that it is not changing the Data Access Set value field.
