Requisition Not Be Queried Via Requisition Summary To Requisition Form But Can Be Queried Via Requisition Summary & Requisition Entry Form. (Doc ID 2140749.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Requisitions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When query PR on requisition summary to requisition form via ctrl+F11 button, no result shows, however if query same PR via Requisition Summary > shows results;  if query same PR (e.g. PR # 1) via Requisition Entry form > shows results.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to Requisition could be found via Requisition Summary to Requisition Form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. purchasing > requisition > requisition entry form > create requisition (e.g. PR # 1 / PR # 2) > save >PR status = Incomplete status.

2. purchasing > requisition > requisition summary >enter requisition number > click find > system shows results for both PR # 1 and PR # 2.

    purchasing > requisition > requisition entry form > F11 > query mode > enter PR # 1 and PR # 2>ctrl+F11 >system shows results;

    
3. from general requisition data collection script collect_req_12.sql , see example PR # 1 and PR #2 has correct data shows in all back-end requisition tables.

4. However if query PR # 2 via :

purchasing > requisition > requisition summary > query PR # 1 > click find > system shows PR # 1 on form Requisition Summary to Requisition form > F11 > query mode > enter PR # 2 > ctrl+F11 > find PR # 2 can not be queried on Requisition Summary to Requisition form.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query another new Requisition on Requisition Summary to Requisition form, this will prevent end user to perform requisition query when they have requirement to check another Requisition without close Requisition Summary to Requisition form.
