E-Business Suite R12 Applications Object Library, Form Personalizations issues

 

 

 

Personalization on the form to submit a concurrent request using builtin type : Launch SRS Form gives below error.


'Function not available to this responsibility.Change Responsibilities or contact your System Administrator'



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Using form personalization, trying to submit a concurrent program from a form using builtin type : Launch SRS Form

For Example:

Form name : View Transactions

Application : Inventory

Responsibility: Inventory responsibility

Menu attached to the above responsibility : INV_NAVIGATE

In toolbar navigate to Help --> Diagnostics --> Custom Code --> Personalize

Create a new condition with tirgger event "SPECIAL21"

Navigate to Actions and create a n action with values

Seq = 1

Type = Builtin

Builting Type = Launch SRS Form

Program Name = Inventory Packing Slip

Click apply.

Following error message : "Function not available to this responsibility. Change Responsibilities or contact your System Administrator"
