Symptoms

Problem Statement
Sales agreement has expired(has Expiration Date) and status is "Expired".
But after check workflow, there is remain error as below.
So sales agreement cannot be progressed to close.

Error
Error Message : 3205: 'xxx' is not a valid role or user name.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter Expiration Date on Sales agreement
  2. After expiration date to check Sales agreement status
  3. To check Sales agreement workflow
