ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect Taxation in NZ Payroll

Where the employee has a student debt and SLCIR the tax is incorrect when the employee also has an extra emolument payment in the period

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Taxation should be correct as per rules in NZ Payroll

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Quickpay
2. Check the results

Tax calculation appears incorrect for employees on the NZ payroll who have ( in the same run )
- Extra emolument earnings
- Student Loan and
- SLCIR deduction

In particular the SLCIR component is higher than it should be.
