Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Purchase Order
When attempting to update "Firm" checkbox on more tab of PO Releases form, the following error occurs.

FRM-41032: Cannot set ENABLED attribute of current item PO_SHIPMENTS.FIRM_STATUS_LOOKUP_CODE



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Purchase Order Summary
2. Search for Approved, Open Blanket releases
3. Open Blanket Release on Releases form.
4. Click on More tab
5. Select "Firm" checkbox
Getting error message:
FRM-41032: Cannot set ENABLED attribute of current item PO_SHIPMENTS.FIRM_STATUS_LOOKUP_CODE
