Bug 23268663: Unable To Add CustomListener.class To LotAttribute Page (Doc ID 2141341.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Advanced Task Framework

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using MWA Personalization Framework, we are trying to personalize Lot Attributes Page - PO Receipt, field INV.LOT_ATT.ACCEPT_DEF, by making it not rendered, ie. Rendered=False. However, the personalization of this button does not work, the button still appears in the Lot Attributes page.

We have also tried using CustomScanManager to do the same, by using the command btn.setHidden(true) in the custom code, as per Note.1621549.1, but this does not work either. We are getting the following message:

"java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException:"

This only happens when the code btn.setHidden(true). When removed the custom code has no issues.

We need to hide the "Accept Defaults" button in the Lot Attributes page. Is this possible?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to hide the "Accept Defaults" button in the Lot Attributes page, using one method or another. 2 options have been tried, neither work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to MWA Personalization page.
2. Personalize the Lot Attributes Page - PO Receipt, button INV.LOT_ATT.ACCEPT_DEF, by making it not rendered, ie. Rendered=False.
3. Enable Personalization.
4. Bounce mobile.
5. Test an see that the button is not hidden from view.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Cannot hide the "Accept Defaults" button on Lot Attributes page, per our requirements.
