ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When opened in the UWQ messages queue do not open successfully but instead give the error message


ERROR

ORA-12899: value too large for column "IEM"."IEM_MSG_PARTS"."PART_NAME" (actual: 86, maximum: 80)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Responsibility - UWQ - Media - My Inbox - Group A
2. open the message in error and the error message is produced.
