Entire Batches Ends in Error Even Though Some WIP Move Transactions in the Batch Can Be Processed.

When attempting to perform WIP Move Transactions(Move&Complete) via OIF, the error "Supply/Demand document does not have enough quantity to be reserved against." occurs for all WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE records in same batch( having same batch_id). But some records in the batch can be processed without the error. How can we process those records in the batch individually?
