Disabled Material Status Codes Are Appearing In Change Disposition Form (Doc ID 2141796.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 08, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Process Manufacturing Product Development - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1.3 version, Quality Management Samples

Material Stats codes which are disabled are appearing while update change disposition for sample and sample groups. Also, application allows users to select and update these material codes against materials/lot status.

Note: These disabled status codes are not appearing in Material Workbench's Status Update form.

Expect that material statuses that are not enabled should not be available in the Change Lot Status LOV for use during change disposition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1] Define Material Status code.
2] Disable Material Status code.
3] Create Sample in Process Quality Manager for any item & lot.
4] Enter Results.
5] While updating Change Disposition for this sample, select List of Values from 'Change Lot Status TO' field. (Could see Disabled Material Status code in the list)
6] Select and Apply. Save Records.
7] Go to Inventory > Workbench and check the status for that item & lot.
