R12: Add Schedule Payment Page's Advance Search - Document Number's Length is only 15 (Doc ID 2142010.1)

Symptoms

Customer found out that the document number length is limited to 15 in advanced search page of add schedule payments in PPR. Simple search page length is okay.

They cannot search the schedule payments if the length is over 15 using advanced search page.

They tried to change this length using personalization but the following error occurs:
You cannot give customized value for Maximum Length greater than base value.

It should be same as other search page's length.
