Does the Route Disposition List Provide All Details to ASCP for Planning? (Doc ID 2142051.1)

Goal

Qn1: Users experience and understanding of the disposition list is that only items marked as 100% replaceable will be viewable in ASCP for planning. Is this true? If it is, then why shouldn't they be able to plan for all items marked on the Disposition regardless of the Replace %? Is this a bug, because placing material on the Operation and/or Route as Material Requirements is already 100% planned for and replaced.

Qn2: What is the meaning of the following statement: "Going forward, to account for probabilities and ‘partial’ requirements, ASCP and Demantra are to be used."?

Is this describing those tools looking at historical usages? What does Oracle suggest for new items that do not have a history?
