Problem Statement:

Navigating to employee's payslips using the Payslip Professional ends with the following error:

The selected action is not available. The cause may be related to security. Contact your system administrator to verify your permission level for this action.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Use the Payroll Professional responsibility
  2. Navigate to Payslip Details >> Query based on Business Group >> click the icon under the 'Action' column for any employee
  3. Observer error
