Service Unavailable When Accessing Supplier User Administrator Responsibility (Doc ID 2142407.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access Approve Users and Manage User Profiles or Register Supplier User functions from Supplier User Administrator responsibility, the following error occurs:

"We're sorry, but the service you requested is not available at this time. Please take down the following error message and contact your system administrator: POS_USR_REG_TYPE_UN"
