When a repair order has more than one ship line and a service order orchestration rule exists that changes the RO status e.g. when the ship line(s) have been picked, that rule is not taking effect (when both lines are picked. When there is only 1 ship line, the rule works fine (refresh all
statuses on the service order orchestration page correctly updates the repair order status).
