Information in this document applies to any platform.
- In the Repair Orders form when creating a new Service Request, and attempting to assign an Owner, the List of Values (LOV) returns no values.
- In the Find Repair Order form, no records found for the Owner LOV, and error populated while searching a Repair Order with OWNER name.
No error should populate and there should be some record for OWNER name in Find Repair Order Form.
(R) Depot Repair Manager
(N) Repair Orders
- Search the Repair Order with Owner name and above error will populate
- Click on 'Owner' LOV to select the Owner name but no record will populate
