Why Doesn't the Category List Of Values in the Sampling Setup Form Show any Values? (Doc ID 2142828.1)

Qn1:1. When entering the QA results, there is a program 'Quality Actions' that completes with error every time.

2. I am not able to search Item category on Sampling setup. Only Item number is appearing. Need to setup by Item category.
