ADMIN Charges Accruing Twice In R12.2.4 (Doc ID 2142921.1)

Customer applied patch 22522402 and after applying the patch, when they run the Accrue finance charge Program finance charges were not being calculated correctly, admin charges were accruing twice.

Example: Last Accrual Date = 14-MAR-2016 , is supposed to accrue once, when the Accrue Finance Charge program is run, but it is accruing twice.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Federal Financials - Receivables
: Accrue Finance Charge program.

  1. Run Accrue Finance Charge program.
