Self Service Payslip Printable Page Button Throws "The selected action is not available" (Doc ID 2143469.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the online payslip and click on the "Printable Page" button, the following error occurs.

The selected action is not available. The cause may be related to security. Contact your system administrator to verify your permission level for this action.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Create personalization to add the Printable Page button.

    Employee Self-Service responsibility
    (N) Payslip > Click on "Personalize Table Layout: (PayPayslipChseTable)" link
    > Click on "Create Item" in the "Cell Format: Pay Payslip Choos...".

    Level: Function: Payslip
    Item Style: Button
    ID: <any value>
    Detination URI: OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/pay/selfservice/payslip/webui/PayslipPG&retainAM=Y&OARF=printable
    Prompt: Printable Page
    Target Frame: _blank
    Leave all other values as default.


  2. Go back to Payslip page and click on the Printable Page button.

  3. Error occurs.
