Audit History Does't Insert Record for End_Customer_Id In Oe_Order_Header_History Table (Doc ID 2143592.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 20, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Audit History Consolidator program creates records in OE_AUDIT_ATTR_HISTORY table, despite OE_ORDER_HEADER_HISTORY shows NULL value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup processing constraints for :
Entity: Order Header
Attribute: Payment Term
Operation: Update
User Action: Require History

2. Before update the order header shows end_customer_id: 153048

3. Run Audit History Consolidator for the order

4. Update Payment Terms on Order Header (change from Net 30 to Net 60)

5. Ran Audit History Consolidator for the order again

6. Audit History Report shows entry for :

Entity: Order Header

Attribute Name: End Customer
To: 153048

This history record is not expected as user did not make any update to End Customer
