Stuck Threads In EAM Module Causing Login Issues (Doc ID 2143622.1)

The server has stuck EAM threads causing the server to be too busy due to query (from EAM) taking the longest. The following error is seen when trying to log into the Application since the server is clogged due to the stuck threads from EAM:


Unable to generate forwarding URL.
