Punchout Gives Error Java.lang.NullPointerException At PunchoutCallbackCO.processRequest (Doc ID 2144116.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to punchout to supplier site, the following error occurs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User accesses EBS using custom iProcurement Responsibility
2. Click on supplier punchout URL
3. User fills their cart
4. User clicks Check Out on supplier site and receives the error
