Task Assignment Audit Information Does Not Show All Status Changes When The Task Status Is Updated From The Mobile Field Service App (Doc ID 2144230.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,MFS Multiplatform Android  Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Task Status is updated from MFS the status updates are not updated accurately in the Assignment Audit screen.
If the task status is updated more than once.  ( for example:  original status is NEW  then Assigned > working > review debrief) Then the app is sync'd the task assigned audit shows an update from New > review debrief only

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the technician updates the status of the Task via MFS that all of those task updates should flow into the Oracle Application and the Assignment Audit should be updated to show each status change.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Request & Task is created in the Oracle Application
2.The Task is assigned to the Resource via Autonomous Scheduler and after syncing the Task shows up on the MFS app.
3. The technician updates the status of the Task via MFS from Accepted->Assigned->Working->Review Debrief
4. Perform a sync.
5. On the SR form > task tab > more button.  The task audit only shows one status update instead of all of the changes.
