Error Doesn't Show The Respective Lines In 12.2.4 In Edit And Submit Page (Doc ID 2144419.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System in Edit and Submit Page doesn't show the Respective Lines in 12.2.4
 noted when we got error system due to invalid charge account, system doesn't indicate which lines don't have the charge account.
We do testing, there are 4 lines and only 1 lines having charge account.
There's an error message (attached file) for the invalid charge account but doesn't indicate the other 3 lines.
is this standard functionality in 12.2.4 now ???

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Errored Line number should appear on the error message

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Removed the default charge account in iProcurement Preference

2) Added 4 Lines using Non catalog request (No charge account is populated)

3) POPUP shopping cart click Edit -> and Edit page submit the requisition
(Same issue when we submit the requisition from popup too)

4) Error occured without ROW Number (Line Number)

(attached file) for the invalid charge account but doesn't indicate the line
number
