Error Doesn't Show The Respective Lines In 12.2.4 In Edit And Submit Page (Doc ID 2144419.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System in Edit and Submit Page doesn't show the Respective Lines in 12.2.4 noted when user received error system due to invalid charge account, system does not indicate which lines don't have the charge account.
There are 4 lines and only 1 lines having charge account.
Error message for the invalid charge account but does not indicate the other 3 lines.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Erred Line number should appear on the Error message

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1) Removed the default charge account in iProcurement Preference

2) Added 4 Lines using Non catalog request (No charge account is populated)

3) POPUP shopping cart click Edit -> and Edit page submit the requisition  (Same issue when we submit the requisition from popup too)

4) Error occured without ROW Number (Line Number) (attached file) for the invalid charge account but does not indicate the line number
