Error Trying To Delete Customer Contacts At BILL_TO Level From The Second Page And On

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module
When attempting to remove customer email addresses from customer site level, the following error occurs.
This issue occurs only when there are more than 10 email addresses at the site level and you use the 'NEXT 10' option on the page. Very similar to the issue explained in the following document but at a different place/level on customer UI.
UNABLE TO DELETE ACCOUNT CONTACTS AFTER 1ST PAGE (1-10) WITHOUT ERROR (Doc ID 1594886.1)
Unable to perform transaction on the record. \nCause: The record has been deleted by another user. \nAction: Cancel the transaction and re-query the records to get the new data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query Customer that has more than 10 email addresses at site level.
2. Go to the site details and click on the Communication tab. You should see the email addresses on this page.
3. Click on the option 'Next 10' and then try to remove any of the email addresses.
