On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.1 version, Latin Tax Engine

The table JL_ZZ_AR_TX_LOCN_ALL does not include the timestamp for the effective dates.

Enter an Sales Order or Invoice for the new effective date and the following error occurs:

No Tax Code associated to RATE level rule for Tax Category ICMS_C and Contributor Type CONTRIBUINTE

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables with Latin Tax Engine enabled for Brazil

  1. Navigation: Localizations > Brazilian Localization > Setup > Latin Tax > Locations
  2. Create a new row for Latin Tax Locations and end-date the previous one.

Responsibility: Order Management

  1. Navigation: Sales Orders > Orders
  2. Add an item to a sales order and the error is received.
