On : 12.2 HRMS RUP4 version, General Setup / Configuration

Unable to select beneficiary from another business group

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service -> Benefits
2. Update Beneficiaries
3. Error Triggered

In Self-Service Type Page: Row 2 Error - Please ensure that the participant is enrolled in a valid plan before designating a beneficiary.
If attempted in PUI: Not able to search dependent


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select beneficiary for one employee.
