FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502 for Update Layer Cost
Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Cost Management Responsibility.
2. Go to Item Cost>Layer Cost Update>Update Costs, enter the following information:
Change organization.
Populate the required fields.
Type: Layer Cost Update
Adjustment Account: Enter Account.
Item: Enter Item.
4. Press Continue Button and the Error is generated.
