Not Receiving SMS Communication Notifications From OTM

After configuring OTM to send a SMS communication notification, the gateway provider domain name configured is not being used to send the notification.

It is expected that the gateway provider domain name be used as configured.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Configure OTM to send SMS communication notifications.
2. Trigger a workflow that will send a SMS to the respective contact.
3. The SMS will not be received as the gateway provider domain name is not used.
