E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Applications Manager, Rapidclone Platform Migration issues
When performing a platform migration, applying the manifest patch per Step 8 of <Note 438086.1> fails with the below errors.
Saving product information.
Connecting to SYSTEM......Connected successfully.
Connecting to APPLSYS......Connected successfully.
Connecting to APPS......Unable to connect.
Unable to connect to APPS account
The following ORACLE error:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
It has already been confirmed the adpatch executable supplied by the manifest patch file was used.
Afterwards the APPS account will be locked (by adpatch).
