RMA Fails with Error: Object Version Number Passed Does Not Match (Doc ID 2145626.1)

On : 12.1.3 Production

When attempting to process RMA transactions in Install Base, the following error occurs.

The Object Version Number passed does not match with the one existing in Installed Base tables

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an RMA Sales Order for an Install Base tracked Item
2. Observe that the transaction fails in the Install Base interface with the noted error
3. Due to this issue, the Instance still shows to be at the end customer when it is actually in Inventory.
