Element Values for Flexible Spending Accounts are Incorrect After Processing a Salary Change Life Event

Find that after processing a Salary Change life event, the element rates for Dependent and Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) display correctly in Benefits Service Center > Rates, but the element entries are not.
It appears that the total annual amount is divided by the remaining pay periods left in the year, ignoring what has already been taken.
Expect no change to the calculated values as these life events are not changing the amount of the FSA rate.
Additionally, only the element is changing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query a currently enrolled employee.
3. Process a Salary Change life event.
See that the FSA element values are incorrect.
