Goal

We have created a transaction and then short paid the invoice. A deduction is created successfully.

While approving the claim we are getting an error mentioned below. Deduction status is changing from pending close to open.

An error has occured during Approval of Claim "DEDXXXXX".

Error Log: 1: The Reason is invalid with the current Transaction Date.

2: Failure encountered in AR_CREDIT_MEMO_API_PUB.Create_request call to arw_cmreq_cover.ar_request_cm
3: An error occurred when calling AR credit memo workflow API to create credit memo.
