Filter Option Is Not Working Correctly In Advanced Search For User Defined Attributes

Filter option is not working as expected in Advanced Search results page when querying for user defined attributes.

Development Manager > Item Catalog > Item Advance Search.
Query for an item catalog category > click on Go >.
Check results.
Now click on show filter on top of search results and search for a status.
When searching for particular status, it does not filter out expected results.
